This is where your Marketplace offers are recorded, and where you can manage them (create new offer, edit offer, delete, etc.).
Individual users’ personal accounts are limited to basic functions. Trading with data in the Marketplace does not count.
No offers created yet: Click on the “+” button below the text to create an offer for the Marketplace.
Create another offer: Add further offers for the Marketplace by clicking on the “+” button on the top right
See also Control Center: Creating an individual data offe.
You can see a list of your offers as well as various filter, search, and sort options.
The following sorting criteria can be seen in four columns initially:
- Title (A – Z, Z – A): sort your offers alphabetically according to title
- Contact person at the organization
- Modified on
- Status: published, draft
Click on the column title to open a selection menu with two sections:
- Order: sort your offers in ascending or descending order, depending on context (chronologically by date of creation, alphabetically by author, etc.)
- Is a different sorting criterion relevant for you? Select a criterion from the list (date of creation, author, version, license, etc.), and this will be used instead of the criterion previously displayed in this column.
The editing menu on the left above the list can be used as soon as you activate a checkbox next to an offer.
With this, individual offers can be:
- edited (modify a number of elements): an overlay opens
- duplicated: a copy is created and saved so you can quickly create offers with similar content
- viewed (detailed view)
If you activate several checkboxes, only the trashcan symbol can be used.
With the filters above the list
you can reduce the number of offers displayed according to the corresponding criteria, provided you have specified these at the time of offer creation.
You can remove the selected filters again (keywords and subject area) by clicking on the “X”.
Use the search function to find offers with a title containing the corresponding keywords.
